CAMELINA OIL FLAVOURED WITH BASIL AND GARLIC
In our first flavoured camelina oil, the flavours of basil and garlic marry beautifully with the mild nutty notes that make up the oil’s natural flavouring.
This creates a modern and very aromatic flavour signature with notes of pepper from basil and umami from garlic. Use the flavoured oil in salad, sauces and dressings, to fry and roast with or on the barbeque.
CAN TAKE THE HEAT
Camelina oil can be heated to 245 degrees Celcius2 without losing in flavour or health benefits. It is also more resistant to rancidity than most other oils3 and has a shelf life of up to two years even after it has been opened.
